• All prices are charged in British Pounds and converted where necessary at the current exchange rate

Gift Wrapping Service

• We offer a Gift Wrapping Service for certain products - we use beautiful unique matching wrapping paper and greetings card. If your gift is being delivered to a different address then we handwrite the greetings card for you with the words you specify at the end of the Checkout process - if the invoice and delivery address are the same then we leave the greetings card blank for you to write.

Delivery

• All non personalised gifts on this site we have in stock and are normally dispatched the same day that your order is placed.
• If using Standard Post we would recommend that you order in plenty of time to allow for delivery.
• We cannot be held responsible for delays in the Royal Mail delivery service, especially during periods of stike action. We can send via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for only an extra £2 and we do have a new Courier Service which doesn't rely on Royal Mail at all.
• Please see the table below for delivery prices and timings.
• Special Delivery is only available on certain items due to some items being specially made or personalised - each product description states whether Special Delivery is available.
• Next Day UK Special Delivery (Monday to Thursday) must be ordered before midday Monday to Thursday.
• European and Worldwide delivery prices may not be sufficient for certain items, therefore, we will contact you should this occur.

Ordering by Telephone

• In order to keep costs down to provide low prices, we do not provide a telephone ordering service.
• For enquiries you can contact us on 01202 249855. If we are busy you may receive our answer machine, we will return your call as soon as possible
• We can also be contacted via email or post - for addresses, see the Any Questions section below.

• All debit/credit cards numbers entered online are encrypted and stored with WorldPay (a World leading payment service provider), we cannot read your debit/credit card numbers.
  • Full and partial refunds are performed via WorldPay and card numbers are not visible to any of our staff.

• We have a 14-day 'cooling off' period for returns (excluding personalised items, for example items that have been correctly engraved for you). Pease ensure that you have provided us with the correct personalisation details (eg names/dates etc) as we cannot be held responsible for mistakes once the item has been personalised.
• With the exception of personalised gifts you may return goods within 14 days and obtain a refund minus cost of postage - all we ask is you take resonable care of the goods and packing prior to any return.
