All prices are charged in British Pounds and converted where necessary at the current exchange rate

Gift Wrapping Service

We offer a Gift Wrapping Service for some of our products - we use beautiful unique matching wrapping paper and greetings card. The cost per item for this serivice is an additional £3.50. If the gift item is being delivered to a different address then we handwrite the greetings card for you with the words you specify at the end of the Checkout process - if the invoice and delivery address are the same then we leave the greetings card blank for you to write.

Shipping And Handling Delivery

All gifts on this site we have in stock and are normally dispatched the same day that your order is placed. If using our Free Delivery 1st Class Standard Post we would recommend that you order in plenty of time to allow for delivery and to avoid any dissapointment.

If you need your gift by a certain date we suggest you order via our Special Next Day delivery service, which is an additional £6.99, to avoid any dissapointment as we cannot be held responsible for any postal delays, especially during periods of stike action. This method of delivery can be selected for a lot of our personalised and non personalised items. It will be stated in the information about the product whether there is a next day delivery option.

Delivery Costs & Times

Royal Mail Standard UK 1st Class FREE delivery - delivery 2 - 5 days from receipt of order.

Royal Mail Special Next Day delivery from £6.99 - delivery Next Day (Mon -Thurs) Orders must be received by 12pm for receipt the following day.

Fast Track Delivery (candles, ceramic & china items) £6.99 - guaranteed receipt 4 days after purchasing item.

Royal Mail Saturday Special Delivery from £9.99 - delivery on Saturday by 1pm.

Europe Royal Mail Airsure - from £7.99 - delivery 3-4 days

Rest of World Standard - from £9.99 - International Recorded - delivery 5 - 7 days

UK Dispatch Time

Please note that all products offer a free delivery service on the first item. In this case there are no added extras to the price displayed unless you select the gift wrap service, which is an additional £3.50. The price shown on the product is the final price you will pay. All items ordered are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of your order, apart from the Alphabet Art Gifts which have a lead time of 12 days.

Please Note - Special Delivery is only available on certain items due to some items being specially made or personalised - each product description states whether Special Delivery is available or not. Next Day UK Special Delivery is only available Monday to Thursdays and items must be ordered by 1pm. Some items we can offer a Special Saturday delivery, if this is the case it will be included in the product desciption of the item. European and Worldwide delivery prices may not be sufficient for certain items, therefore, we will contact you should this occur.

Credit Card Security

All debit/credit cards numbers entered online are encrypted and stored with WorldPay (a World leading payment service provider), we cannot read your debit/credit card numbers. Full and partial refunds are performed via WorldPay and card numbers are not visible to any of our staff.

Returns Policy

To comply with the Distance Selling Regulations you have seven working days after the date of receipt of goods to cancel the purchase (excluding personalised items, for example items that have been correctly engraved for you). You must contact Christening Stuff by email or letter to notify your intention. Goods must be returned in the original condition and unless faulty at the customer's own expense and must get proof of return. Unless faulty the refund will be less the original postage and packing cost.

Please ensure that you have provided us with the correct personalisation details (eg names/dates etc) as we cannot be held responsible for mistakes once the item has been personalised.
