All prices are charged in British Pounds and converted where necessary at the current exchange rate

Gift Wrapping Service

We offer a Gift Wrapping Service for some of our products - we use beautiful unique matching wrapping paper and greetings card. The cost per item for this serivice is an additional £3.50. If the gift item is being delivered to a different address then we handwrite the greetings card for you with the words you specify at the end of the Checkout process - if the invoice and delivery address are the same then we leave the greetings card blank for you to write.

Shipping And Handling Delivery

All non personalised gifts on this site we have in stock and are normally dispatched the same day that your order is placed. If using our Free Delivery Standard Post we would recommend that you order in plenty of time to allow for delivery and to avoid any dissapointment.

If you need your gift by a certain date we suggest you order via our Special Next Day delivery service, which is an additional £6.95, to avoid any dissapointment as we cannot be held responsible for any postal delays, especially during periods of stike action.

Royal Mail 1st Class post - £1 extra - delivery 1-2 days

Royal Mail Special Next Day delivery - From £6.95 - delivery Next Day

Europe Standard - £9.99 - International Recorded - delivery 5 - 10 days

Rest of World Standard - £12.99 - International Recorded - delivery 5 - 14 days

Please Note - Special Delivery is only available on certain items due to some items being specially made or personalised - each product description states whether Special Delivery is available or not. Next Day UK Special Delivery is only available Monday to Thursdays and items must be ordered by 1pm. European and Worldwide delivery prices may not be sufficient for certain items, therefore, we will contact you should this occur.

Ordering by Telephone

In order to keep costs down to provide low prices, we do not provide a telephone ordering service. For enquiries you can contact us on 01202 249855. If we are busy you may receive our answer machine, we will return your call as soon as possible. If you need an urgent response to a query, it is best to contact us via email.

Credit Card Security

All debit/credit cards numbers entered online are encrypted and stored with WorldPay (a World leading payment service provider), we cannot read your debit/credit card numbers. Full and partial refunds are performed via WorldPay and card numbers are not visible to any of our staff.

Returns Policy

We have a 14-day 'cooling off' period for returns (excluding personalised items, for example items that have been correctly engraved for you). Pease ensure that you have provided us with the correct personalisation details (eg names/dates etc) as we cannot be held responsible for mistakes once the item has been personalised.

¦With the exception of personalised gifts you may return goods within 14 days and obtain a refund minus cost of postage - all we ask is you take resonable care of the goods and packing prior to any return.
